Your Role as an NDIS Support Worker:
As an NDIS Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing individualised support to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting individuals with daily living activities
Providing emotional and social support
Promoting independence and community participation
Collaborating with a diverse team of healthcare professionals
Maintaining accurate records and documentation
Qualifications and Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should have:
A genuine passion for supporting individuals with disabilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Empathy and patience
Relevant qualification in healthcare
Willingness to undergo relevant training and certifications
A valid driver's license
First Aid + CPR (current & in date)
Working with Children, NDIS Workers Check and Police Checks (or willingness to obtain)
