Irrigation Technician – Part-Time (Leading to Full-Time)
Are you a hands-on problem solver who loves working outdoors and talking to people? Our pumping and irrigation business is growing, and we’re looking for a reliable Irrigation Technician to join the team.
We’re starting this as a part-time position, but for the right person who shows initiative and fits the culture, there is a clear path to full time hours.
The Role
You’ll be the face of the business in office, ensuring our clients' systems are running at peak efficiency. This isn’t just about digging trenches; it’s about understanding water flow, diagnosing pump issues, and building lasting relationships with our customers.
Your day-to-day will include:
Installing, maintaining, and repairing irrigation systems and pumping equipment.
Troubleshooting hydraulic and electrical components
Providing top-tier customer service and explaining technical issues simply to clients.
Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and sites are left clean.
What You Bring to the Table

Experience:
You have a background in irrigation, plumbing, or a closely related trade. You know your way around a pipe wrench and understand the basics of water pressure.

Reliability: You believe that "on time" is actually 5 minutes early. Punctuality is non-negotiable for us.
