Due to ongoing growth and increased staff needs across Adelaide’s Eastern, Western, Northern, and Southern suburbs, we are seeking reliable and committed Qualified Home & Community Aged Care Workers with exceptional customer service skills to support our aged care customers in their homes.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for support workers who can:
Commit to regular, ongoing shifts and build consistent relationships with customers
Be reliable and dependable, showing up as a trusted support person
Balance flexibility with a strong sense of responsibility and follow-through

Must Have
A current driver’s licence
Your own registered, insured vehicle (less than 20 yrs old)
Roadworthy Vehicle Test (conducted at your cost before starting – mandatory)
First Aid & CPR

Some Duties Include (but are not limited to)
Personal care (assisting with dressing,



showering, and grooming)
Medication assistance
Planning and preparing meals
Encouraging and facilitating social engagement
Light domestic duties (vacuuming, mopping, cleaning bathrooms)
Contributing to tailored support plans

Skills & Experience
A genuine passion for caring for others
Strong time management and reliability
Willingness to learn and grow
Certificate III in Individual Support/Community Services or currently studying Social Work (or equivalent)
Previous aged care/community care experience (advantageous)
