We’re seeking caring, reliable Support Workers to join our casual team in North of Gold Coast.

What You’ll Be Doing
Personal support — assisting with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility
High‑level personal care — mobility assistance, safe transfers, and falls‑risk awareness
Community access — supporting clients to attend appointments, social activities, and community programs
Domestic assistance — cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and maintaining a comfortable home workplace
Companionship — offering emotional reassurance, conversation, and meaningful social connection
Mental‑health informed support — recognising behavioural cues and responding with calm, supportive interaction
Care documentation — following individualised care plans and accurately recording services
Team collaboration — working closely with coordinators and clinical nurses to ensure safe, high‑quality care

About You

You’re someone who genuinely wants to make a difference in people’s lives.



You bring:
Compassion and patience
Strong communication skills
Confidence working independently in clients’ homes and in the community
Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs

Requirements
Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, or current health‑related studies
Current First Aid & CPR
Driver’s licence and reliable, insured vehicle
National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
Full Australian working rights
