What you'll be doing:
Leading shifts and creating a positive, high-energy environment for both guests and team members
Supporting the leadership team to drive performance and deliver exceptional guest experiences
Coaching, developing, and engaging team members to be their best
Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining Yo-Chi's high standards
Creating memorable moments for every guest who walks through our doors.
What we look for:
You have leadership experience in hospitality, food service, retail, or a similar fast-paced environment
You love building great teams and creating a positive workplace culture
You're resilient, adaptable, and thrive when things get busy
You lead by example and bring a positive, can-do attitude every day
Fast food experience is highly regarded but not essential
