As a Licensed Builder, you will play a key role in overseeing the delivery of our high-quality modular homes, ensuring all projects meet NCC compliance and are completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
Ensure all builds comply with NCC, building codes, and safety regulations
Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
Review and interpret building plans, drawings, and specifications
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement
Requirements
Current and valid WA Builder's Licence
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a licensed builder
Modular construction experience (highly regarded but not essential)
Strong project management and problem-solving skills
Proven leadership and team management experience
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Commitment to high-quality outcomes and attention to detail
