Barista / Cafe Manager

We’re looking for an experienced and creative Barista / Café Manager to join our warm and welcoming community.

If you’re passionate about excellent coffee, enjoy the vibe of a busy café, and love leading a team, we would love to hear from you!

What you’ll be doing:
Crafting consistently high-quality coffee
Preparing deliciously simple menu items
Leading, mentoring and directing junior team members
Delivering outstanding customer service (we love our customers!)
Supporting opening/closing procedures and helping ensure smooth, efficient daily operations.

What we’re looking for:
Proven barista experience
Confidence working independently in a busy café workplace
Excellent communication and customer service skills
A reliable, motivated attitude and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
Availability to work weekdays and weekends from 6:30am - 2pm

Position details:
30+ hours per week
Rotating roster with 2 consecutive days off

Pay: $30.00 – $47.00 per hour
