What you'll be doing
Prepare, cook and present a range of cafe-style meals, including breakfast and lunch.
Ensure all meals are prepared to the highest quality standards and in a timely manner.
Collaborate with the front-of-house team to understand customer requirements and preferences.
Maintain a clean, safe and organised kitchen setting
Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations
Share your expertise and train junior kitchen staff as required
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Cafe Chef or similar role
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and presentation
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
Passion for creating delicious, high-quality cafe dishes
Ability to work well in a quick-paced, team-oriented workplace
Qualifications in Commercial Cookery or equivalent preferred.
