Sydney Seaplanes Lounge is a premium waterfront venue overlooking Rose Bay, offering exceptional food, drinks and service in one of Sydney's most unique hospitality settings. We're looking for an experienced, energetic and customer-focused Bartender to join our team.

About the Role

As a Bartender, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service while preparing quality beverages for our restaurant guests and private events.

Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Making classic and signature cocktails to a high standard
Providing friendly, professional customer service
Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked bar
Managing bar stock and notifying management of stock requirements
Processing customer orders and payments accurately
Following RSA requirements and venue procedures
Assisting the floor team when required




Contributing to opening and closing duties

What We're Looking For
Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, bar or hospitality venue
Current NSW RSA certificate (essential)
Cocktail knowledge and experience preparing a range of beverages
Excellent customer service and communication skills
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to remain calm and effective during busy service periods
Availability to work weekends, evenings and public holidays
Barista experience is an advantage, but not essential
