CV Services Group is seeking a Leading Hand Electrician to join our Electrical Construction team, working on a high rise commercial and residential building project. This is a excellent opportunity for a hands-on electrician ready to take the next step, leading a small in office team while remaining actively involved in delivery.
About the role
You’ll play a key role in the day-to-day delivery of electrical works on a major high rise project. Leading a small team, you’ll coordinate site activities, ensure works are completed safely and to a high standard, and keep programs tracking to schedule.
Key responsibilities
Lead and support a small team of electricians on site
Deliver electrical packages on high rise / multi-storey construction projects
Coordinate daily works to meet program and quality requirements
Ensure compliance with WHS, AS/NZS wiring rules and site standards
Communicate effectively with site supervisors and project teams
Set the standard for workmanship, safety and professionalism
About you
To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:
Trade qualification as an Electrician with a current Queensland Electrical Licence
A solid grounding in construction electrical works (high rise / multi-storey exposure is ideal, but not essential)
The confidence to lead by example, coordinate a small crew, and keep daily tasks moving
Strong leadership and communication skills
Sound knowledge of AS/NZS wiring rules and construction methodologies
Current Driver’s Licence and Construction White Card
