About the Role
As a Front of House Qualified you'll be responsible for:
Working closely with two hatted Owner & Chef Stuart Bell.
Working directly with Restaurant Manager.
Welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism.
Taking food and beverage orders accurately & efficiently
Serving food and drinks efficiently.
Providing knowledgeable menu recommendations.
Maintaining a clean, organised, and inviting dining space.
Working collaboratively with the kitchen and bar teams to deliver outstanding service.
Handling payments and ensuring every guest leaves with a positive experience.
Working with Restaurant Manager to create productive restaurant layouts

What We're Looking For
A positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a busy,



fast-paced setting.
A reliable, punctual, and team-focused approach.
Previous hospitality experience is preferred
Extensive food and wine knowledge
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Hours
Wednesday - Lunch only (closed at night)
Thursday to Saturday - Lunch & Dinner
Sunday - Lunch only (closed at night)
Lunch and Dinner Service
Flexible arrangements

Mid to late morning starts allowing for work life balance. Maybe required for additional functions on certain evenings.
