We're looking for a reliable, hands-on Warehouse Packer & Material Handler to join our dispatch team. You'll be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment, as well as general material handling around the warehouse — moving, sorting, and storing stock safely and efficiently.
What You'll Do
Pick items accurately against pick lists / order slips
Pack orders securely and to brand standard, ready for courier pickup
Receive, check, and put away incoming stock
Label and scan orders using our warehouse and courier systems
Keep the warehouse floor, packing stations, and stock areas clean and organised
Report stock discrepancies, damaged goods, or quality issues to your supervisor
Assist with stocktakes and general warehouse housekeeping
Follow safe manual handling and workplace safety procedures at all times
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in warehousing, picking/packing, or material handling preferred
Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive lifting and manual handling (up to 15–20kg, occasionally more with equipment)
Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team
Valuable attention to detail — accuracy matters, we ship a high volume of orders daily
Own transport preferred given the Mulgrave location
