At BAD Workwear Highpoint we are looking for a passionate, motivated and experienced retail sales assistant to join our outstanding team!

You will thrive off working in a fast paced environment and be committed to developing a loyal clientele base through offering sound expertise and providing our customers with exceptional levels of customer service.

You will be required to:
Travel to Watergardens and Highpoint store when needed.
Assist with daily store operations and housekeeping.
Meet & exceed company sales targets and benchmarks
Provide excellent customer service
Have thorough product knowledge

Skills & Experience Required
Previous retail experience
Any form of workwear or menswear experience will be highly regarded
Experience working with sales targets and KPI'S




Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
