Labourforce is currently seeking experienced Forklift Operators to join a busy manufacturing and distribution facility based in Coopers Plains, QLD.

We are currently recruiting for two ongoing AM shift positions, offering consistent weekday hours, solid pay rates, and long-term opportunities within a quick-paced warehouse and yard workplace.

Available Roles

AM Yard Forklift Operator (Counterbalance)

Shift

4:30am – 12:30pm | Monday – Friday

Pay Rate

$41.68 per hour

Key Duties
Loading and unloading trucks
Strapping pallets and securing loads
Handling plastic PVC pipe products
Moving stock throughout the yard and dock area
Allocating stock into outdoor racking locations
Maintaining safe forklift operation practices

AM Distribution Forklift Operator (High Reach)

Shift

4:30am – 12:30pm | Monday – Friday

Pay Rate

$41.68 per hour





Key Duties
Operating High Reach forklifts
Putting stock away into racking systems
Replenishing pick locations
Moving stock throughout the distribution centre
Assisting with warehouse operations as required
Following site safety and warehouse procedures

What We’re Looking For
Current Forklift (LF) Licence
Previous Counterbalance and/or High Reach experience
Experience in warehouse, manufacturing, yard, or distribution environments
Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
Reliable and punctual work ethic
Ability to work in fast-paced environments
Own transport to Coopers Plains
