Care Tribe Services is seeking a compassionate and reliable Personal Care Assistant (PCA) / Support Worker to provide in-home support for an aged care client in Yarrabah, QLD.

Key Responsibilities:
Personal care assistance
Mobility and transfer support
Medication reminders
Meal preparation
Light domestic assistance
Companionship and social support

Requirements:
Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care/Disability) or equivalent (preferred)
Current National Police Check
Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle (preferred)
Excellent communication skills
Previous experience in community or aged care is highly regarded
