Our client The Royal Richmond Hotel is recruiting for a bar and gaming attendant to join the team.

Key Responsibilities
Ability to provide exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to all guests
Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team setting
Upholding the responsible service of alcohol
Experience with TAB is highly regarded
Handling money in a responsible way
Maintaining the cleanliness of the venue and ensuring personal hygiene of the venue and facilities is up to standards
Maintaining responsible RCG practices
Monitoring guest behaviour
Resolving floor enquiries

Essential Criteria




Must have a current RSA & RCG Certificate. ARCG highly regarded.
Must be available to work weekends particularly afternoons and nights.
Ability to solve problems as they arise
Robust attention to detail
