About the Role

As Venue Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day operations of the venue while developing a high-performing team and delivering exceptional guest experiences. You'll be passionate about hospitality, commercial performance and creating a positive team culture.

What You'll Be Doing
Leading all day-to-day venue operations
Coaching, mentoring and developing your leadership team
Driving exceptional guest experiences and service standards
Managing rosters, labour costs and wage performance
Overseeing stock control, ordering and inventory management
Delivering strong financial results and achieving KPI targets
Maintaining compliance with RSA,



food safety and WHS requirements
Working closely with the kitchen and support office teams to continually improve venue performance

We're Looking For Someone Who
Has previous leadership experience within hospitality
Is a hands-on leader who enjoys leading from the floor
Has experience managing high-volume food & beverage operations
Can build engaged, high-performing teams
Thrives in a rapid-paced environment and leads by example
Holds a current RSA & RSG (or can obtain one before commencing)
