As our Sous Chef, you’ll work closely with the Head Chef to oversee the daily operation of the kitchen and maintain the highest standards of food quality, consistency and presentation. You’ll assist with service, ordering, stock control, rostering, food safety compliance, and training junior team members. You’ll lead by example during busy services, ensuring smooth communication between the kitchen and front-of-house while maintaining a clean, organised and effective workspace.
