We're partnering with a well-established food manufacturer to recruit an experienced Maintenance Electrician for a permanent night shift position.

The Role Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you'll be responsible for ensuring plant reliability by carrying out preventative and breakdown maintenance across a range of automated production and packaging equipment.

Your responsibilities will include:
Electrical fault finding and breakdown response
Preventative and planned maintenance
PLC fault finding (advantageous but not essential)
Maintaining conveyors, packaging equipment, motors, drives, pumps and production machinery
Continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime




Working closely with production to maximise plant performance
Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with food manufacturing standards

About You To be successful you will have:
Current NSW Electrical Licence
Experience within food, beverage, FMCG, packaging or automated manufacturing
Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently on night shift
A proactive approach to safety and continuous improvement
Excellent communication and team skills
