Electra Cables is a leading supplier of electrical cables, accessories and components in Dandenong South, Victoria. We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through phone and email communication. You will be assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and processing orders.

Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
