About the Role

As a Bottle Shop Attendant, you'll help keep the Bottle-O Drive-Thru running smoothly by delivering friendly customer service, maintaining excellent store presentation and keeping stock moving throughout the day.

What You'll Do
Deliver friendly, productive customer service and assist with product recommendations
Process sales through the POS and handle cash transactions accurately
Replenish stock and maintain excellent store presentation
Assist with deliveries, stock movement and merchandising




Work confidently on your own while supporting the wider venue team
Maintain responsible service standards at all times

What We're Looking For
A positive, reliable and customer-focused attitude
Strong communication and customer service skills
Confidence working independently and as part of a team
Comfortable in a fast-paced retail environment
Physically capable of manual handling and stock movement
Current QLD RSA
Availability to work a rotating roster including weekdays, evenings (until midnight), weekends and public holidays.
