Job Description

We have a great opportunity for a motivated Salesperson/ Parts Interpreter to join our experienced and friendly team in Sunbury. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on delivering outstanding customer service and enjoys being part of a fast‑paced, hands‑on setting.

You’ll be supporting our loyal customer base and working closely with a knowledgeable team who are passionate about what they do. Whether you bring prior Auto Parts experience or a genuine interest in learning the industry, you’ll hit the ground running with training and support behind you.

Key Responsibilities:
Inbound phone & online sales processing
In-store customer service
Order & receipt incoming stock
Process & pick purchase orders
Showroom merchandising, pricing & maintenance

Qualifications
Exceptional communication skills




A customer service champion
Experience or a passion for auto parts
Well presented
Excellent phone manner
Ability to influence & negotiate
Ability to translate technical problems to straightforward solutions
Background in European vehicles would be an advantage
