Sushi Cook

We are looking for an experienced Sushi Cook to join our team.

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in a Japanese restaurant
Able to prepare sushi, sashimi and other Japanese dishes
Good knife skills and knowledge of Japanese food preparation
Experience with food safety and kitchen hygiene standards
Able to work efficiently in a rapid paced workplace
Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team
Must have valid working rights in Australia

Duties:
Preparing sushi, sashimi and other Japanese menu items
Assisting with food preparation and kitchen operations
Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
Monitoring stock and assisting with inventory control
