A leading international law firm is seeking a Funds Associate (3 PQE) to join its high-performing team in Sydney.

The Firm & Role
This top-ranked practice advises domestic and international fund managers, institutional investors, and financial sponsors on the structuring, formation, and regulation of a wide variety of investment funds — including private equity, venture capital, real estate, infrastructure, and hedge funds.

You’ll work closely with experienced partners and gain exposure to complex fund formations, regulatory matters (including AFSL, ASIC, and cross-border regimes), and investor negotiations. The firm offers excellent training, a robust team culture, and competitive international remuneration.

Requirements
Admitted in Australia




Around 3 years of post-qualification experience in investment funds, financial services, or corporate law
Familiarity with fund structuring, regulatory compliance, and LP/GP issues
Robust academic credentials and attention to detail
Experience at a top-tier firm or funds practice highly regarded
