Qualified Carpenter Melbourne VIC | Full Time
Kingfisher is currently seeking Qualified Carpenters to join our growing team. We have multiple prospects available across Melbourne and are looking for carpenters from a range of backgrounds.
We're particularly interested in candidates with experience in:
Facilities and building maintenance
Commercial carpentry
High end residential carpentry

The Role Depending on your experience, your day to day duties may include:
Planned, preventative and reactive maintenance
General carpentry repairs and defect rectification
Doors, locks, windows and hardware installation and repairs
Cabinetry, skirting, architraves and finishing carpentry
Minor refurbishment and fit out works
Reading plans and completing work to specification
Completing digital work orders and using facilities maintenance software
Liaising professionally with clients, tenants and site managers
What We're Looking For
Certificate III in Carpentry
White Card and current Driver's Licence
Previous experience in either maintenance, commercial or high end residential carpentry
Experience using technology and maintenance management systems such as Aroflo, Simpro or similar is highly regarded
Robust communication skills and ability to work independently
High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
