We’re on the lookout for a reliable and enthusiastic Kitchen Hand / Sandwich Hand to join the team at Meister, our busy weekday café in Docklands. This is a hands-on, all-rounder role ideal for someone who enjoys early starts, keeping busy, and being part of a friendly and efficient kitchen team.

Hours:
Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to approx. 1:30–2:00 pm
(No weekends or nights!)

Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing sandwiches, wraps, and simple baked goods for display
Assisting our chef with breakfast and lunch display food prep
Cleaning and maintaining a tidy kitchen
Washing dishes and supporting daily kitchen operations
Helping pack down the kitchen at the end of service

We’re looking for someone who:
Has previous kitchen hand or sandwich prep experience
Is rapid, organised, and works well under pressure
Can follow food safety standards and instructions carefully
Is happy to roll up their sleeves and help wherever needed
Is available to start immediately
