Grace Lawyers is a mid-tier national law firm servicing the property and insurance industry. We specialise in areas of dispute resolution, building & construction, property, strata & community title, debt collection, insolvency, insurance and commercial transactions & litigation.
About the Role
We are currently looking to recruit an Associate to Senior level Litigation Lawyer to join our QLD practice as part of our growing litigation team to be based in either our Gold Coast office or Brisbane office.
The successful candidate must have litigation experience and knowledge of the practice and procedure of all QLD and Federal Courts and have hands on experience in managing and running litigation matters. While not essential, it is favourable if the candidate has litigation experience in the areas of insolvency, building & construction and general or commercial litigation, and has dealt with disputes in the QLD Civil and Administrative Tribunal.
The role would also involve advisory and alternate dispute resolution work.
The following further experience is required:
2 to 8 years PQE
strong analytical and research skills
advanced technical expertise and client commerciality
high-level communication skills
the ability to develop strong client relationships
