About you.
Proven experience as a Chef in a similar workplace
Be efficient, "hands on" and organised to work through those 'mad rush' moments with a smile
Well presented, punctual and reliable
Team player with a passion and skill for delivering food at a standard that complements our Boutique Hotel
Ability to work under pressure, taking initiative and working both independently and collaboratively
Positive mindset and a "can do" attitude
An understanding of food safety, WHS and HACCP principles
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
Reliable and motivated
