Description

· prepare, season and cook Japanese food in contemporary kitchen

· casual position

Tasks

· regulating temperatures of grills, flyer and other cooking equipment

· preparing and cooking Japanese food and sushi

· seasoning food during cooking

· portioning food, placing it on plates, and adding gravies, sauces and garnishes

· storing food in temperature controlled facilities

· preparing food to meet special dietary requirements

· optional plan menus and estimate food requirements and train other kitchen staff and apprentices

Job Types: Part time, Casual

Pay: From $32.18 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:
Wynnum QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
