Key Responsibilities
Handle cash, credit card, EFTPOS, and digital payments accurately
Process patient billing and generate invoices
Support hospital revenue collection and financial reconciliation
Maintain daily transaction records and reports




Reconcile cash drawers at the end of shifts
Coordinate with accounting and finance departments
Assist patients with billing inquiries in a professional manner
Ensure compliance with Australian financial and healthcare regulations

Requirements
Previous experience as Cashier or Accounts Assistant
Experience in hospital, healthcare, or medical billing workplace preferred

Understanding of financial procedures and reconciliation
