The Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a casual team member to join our team in the accommodation department as a Front Office Attendant. You will create memorable experiences for our guests by:
Providing exceptional and timely customer service
Presenting a welcoming and qualified front for the organisation
Attending to general receptionist duties including answering incoming calls and actioning emails and check in and out processes
Working closely with all other departments within the resort to ensure a seamless guest experience
Provide timely and accurate stocking of all guest room minibars in accordance with property standards.
Check minibar stock daily or as scheduled, and restock rooms accordingly
Promoting a positive work workplace, supporting colleagues, and celebrating the organisation’s success and achievements

About You:
Previous guest/customer relations experience in a similar role
Strong interpersonal skills
Comfortable and confident to work autonomously
Accuracy with figures and a keen 'eye for detail'
Problem solving skills, such as creativity and critical thinking
A qualification in Tourism and Hospitality is desirable
A valid Victorian RSA
Food Handlers certificate
Be available for a range of shifts including nights & weekends
Have a reliable car to drive to and from Yarra Glen
Full working rights in Australia.
