Key Responsibilities
Assist the Head Chef with the day-to-day operation of the kitchen
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
Follow recipes and established quality guidelines
Liaise effectively with Front of House (FOH) staff regarding specials,



menu changes, and service requirements
Manage stock levels and assist with ordering and inventory control
Ensure compliance with food safety, OH&S;, and workplace regulations
Contribute to a positive and productive team setting

About You
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Chef (preferred)
Ability to remain calm and organised under pressure
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Adaptable and reliable with rostering requirements
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Sound knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations
