Our Opportunity

We’re looking for a friendly and reliable Casual Dental Assistant to join our welcoming Ballina centre.

This is a fantastic chance for a Dental Assistant all-rounder looking for flexible casual work within a supportive, patient-focused team. You’ll work across chairside assisting, sterilisation and general clinical support, helping deliver a smooth and positive patient experience every day.

Located in a beautiful coastal community, our Ballina centre offers a up-to-date environment, supportive leadership and a great team culture.

What You’ll Be Doing
Chairside assisting across a range of dental treatments
Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining sterilisation standards
Supporting smooth patient flow throughout the day
Assisting reception and general clinic operations when required
Working collaboratively with dentists and the wider team

About You

You’re reliable, adaptable and enjoy working in a busy team environment. Ideally, you’ll bring:
Experience as a Dental Assistant all-rounder
Confidence across chairside and sterilisation duties
Strong understanding of infection control protocols
A caring, patient-focused approach
Flexibility to work the required days, including Sundays
