The Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team on a casual basis. This chance is ideal for an experienced chef who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering quality dishes with consistency, precision, and creativity.

Key Responsibilities
Support senior chefs with daily kitchen operations, prep, stock control, and service
Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a consistently high standard
Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and food safety standards across all sections
Assist with training and supporting junior kitchen staff




Ensure kitchen equipment and procedures are maintained to operational standards
Contribute positively to a high-performing and team-oriented team culture

About You
Relevant culinary qualifications and certifications
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a high-volume kitchen environment
Passion for food, presentation, and hospitality
Strong communication skills and ability to work well under pressure
High attention to detail and cleanliness standards
Flexible availability across days, nights, weekends, and public holidays
