Salad Bar Team Member – Barista

Looking for an experienced and enthusiastic team member to join our new salad bar opening in Condell Park NSW. This is a hands-on role that involves customer service, coffee making, specialty drink making and maintaining a clean and effective workspace. You'll be part of a fast-paced team committed to delivering fresh, high-quality food and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
Prepare coffee and beverages (barista experience preferred).
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards.
Restock ingredients and supplies throughout the day.
Work collaboratively with the team during busy service periods.

Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced hospitality qualified to join the team. The ideal candidate has previous experience working in a Cafe type of service, preparing coffee and beverages on demand, is confident working in a busy environment, and enjoys delivering excellent customer service. Barista experience is highly regarded, as the role will include preparing specialty coffee alongside our beverage offerings.

Candidate Targeting

We're looking for candidates who have:
Barista experience and confidence preparing espresso-based coffee (preferred).
Strong customer service and communication skills.
A positive fun attitude and the ability to thrive in a rapid-paced setting.
Excellent time management and attention to detail.
Availability to work weekdays and/or weekends, with flexibility for early morning shifts preferred.
Experiance working with POS systems an advantage.

Pay: $20.00 – $35.00 per hour
