We supply and install first-class renewable energy products, with a specialisation in high-quality solar solutions for homes and businesses.

Position available in either the Brisbane or Sunshine Coast office (your choice)!

Job Responsibilities:




Outbound calls to canvas solar and battery status and future needs
Data entry and CRM management
Provide high level customer service
Listen attentively to customers needs and advise accordingly

Skills and Qualifications:
Call centre experience will be valued not but essential
Passionate about customer service and providing a positive customer experience
Oustanding communication skills, over the phone and written
Experience with a sales CRM or a willingness to learn quickly
A team player with a can-do attitude, willing to collaborate and support colleagues

Hours of Work:
Enjoy the flexibility of working 7.5 hour days between 8:00 am and 5:00pm pm, Monday to Friday.
Open to part time arrangements with a minimum commitment of 3 days per week.
Willing to consider an arrangement that aligns with school hours, also with a minimum of 3 days per week.
