About the role

We're seeking a passionate experienced Barista to join our vibrant team at Cafe All Sorts in Kirra Beach near Gold Coast Airport. In this casual role/ part-time role, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional coffee and customer service in our busy cafe. With a focus on hospitality and attention to detail, you'll play a key part in creating an inviting atmosphere for our patrons.

What you'll be doing
Preparing and serving high-quality espresso-based beverages and other cafe items to our customers
Providing friendly and attentive customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience
Preparing and serving beverages when required
Maintaining a clean and well-organised work environment, adhering to health and safety standards
Assisting with general cafe duties, such as drinks and food preparation, inventory management, and cash handling
Assist with setting up for events and conferences from time to time.
Contributing to a positive team energetic and supporting your colleagues as needed

What we're looking for
At least 3 year experience as a Barista or in a similar cafe




Excellent coffee-making skills and knowledge of coffee equipment and techniques
An interest in health and wellness and knowledge of special dietary requirements
Solid customer service orientation and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation
A friendly, approachable personality and a passion for the hospitality industry
