We need fun, chatty humans to jump into our Inbound Customer Service and Corporate Outbound teams from September to January — prime time for stacking cash before your next adventure.

The gig:
Chat to customers via phone, email, live chat & social
Help with orders, deliveries & gift recommendations
Sort out issues rapid, with a smile
Handle returns/exchanges like a pro
Team up with warehouse & delivery crews

You'll be perfect for this if you:
Have retail, telemarketing or customer service experience
Can talk to anyone and actually enjoy it
Bring good vibes and love smashing team goals




Have solid computer skills (Shopify/Gorgias = bonus points)
Excellent Communication skills bot written and verbally
Don't take yourself too seriously
