Qualifications & experience
Must have prior experience as as a chef.
Must be passionate and motivated to grow with the company.
Must have a wanting be desire and a caring attitude whilst working to always do your best.
Must be able to take constructive criticism and work in a positive and diplomatic manner to overcome any problems or shortcoming.
The ability to work well and communicate clearly with other staff in a team setting.
Must have a strong focus on being creative and attention to detail.
Tasks & responsibilities
You must ensure high food standards are kept up by yourself and colleagues.
You must work in a fast and effective manner with yourself and your team, during both slow and busy periods.
Ability to deliver high quality food with a passion for your craft
Experience managing food safety requirements
You must ensure the kitchen, coldroom and freezer are kept clean and up to standard, as well as rotating all stocks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
