To unload and load incoming and outgoing general freight with a forklift and sort into designated areas or into delivery vehicles
Pack and unpack containers
To immediately report any fault identified during pre-operational inspections or during the course of the day
Receiving and dispatch orders
Undertake freight and load checking activities as directed and raise any order discrepancies
Carry out workplace inspections as directed
Manage all aspects of freight returns/damaged goods, confirm damage, and document and photograph according to correct practice and protocols
Ensure equipment is kept in optimal order and report issues immediately.
Ensure high standards of housekeeping in the warehouse, cleaning as you go.
Identify prospects for improvement for freight movement and yard activities to improve service levels provided to customers.
Ensure dangerous goods are handled correctly and regulations are adhered to.
Attend to any other duties as required and follow all reasonable instructions

Pay: $34.00 – $35.00 per hour
