Location: Banyo with travel to our Tingalpa office
Schedule: Monday to Friday, rotating shifts (5:00am–1:30pm & 11am–7:30pm)
Travel: Required between office and client site

What you’ll be doing:
Every day will be different, but you’ll be at the heart of keeping things moving:
Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
Matching great people with great job opportunities
Managing onboarding and induction processes for new starters
Running assessment centres and supporting recruitment campaigns
Rostering, database management, and compliance tasks
Providing onsite candidate support and client service
Acting as the key point of contact for clients onsite
Building strong relationships with client stakeholders
Handling issues quickly and professionally when they arise
Delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates
General admin and operational support





What we’re looking for:

We don’t expect you to know everything—we’re looking for the right attitude and potential:
Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
Confident communicator with great phone manner
Customer service experience (a big plus!)
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive, proactive, and eager to learn
