Location: Near Gladstone, QLD

We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and hands-on Hotel Manager to join our well-established hotel. This is an exciting prospect for a hospitality qualified who enjoys a diverse role, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional customer service and high operational standards.
Lead, support, and supervise front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and operational issues in a qualified and timely manner.
Recruit, train, mentor, and develop staff to foster a positive and productive workplace culture.
Prepare staff rosters and assist with payroll, reporting, and other administrative duties.
Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and coordinate ordering of supplies.
Ensure compliance with liquor, gaming licensing, food safety, workplace health and safety, and all relevant industry regulations.
Coordinate general maintenance and ensure the venue is presented to a high standard at all times.

About You
Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel, pub, or tavern.




Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Basic cooking experience or willingness to assist in the kitchen will be highly regarded.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
A current RSA certificate is essential for an immediate start. RP, RSG, and any other required industry certifications can be obtained after commencement.
