About the Role
We are currently seeking passionate and empathetic Disability Support Workers to provide essential care and support to individuals with disabilities. As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives and well-being of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Personal & Health Support – assisting with daily living, medication, and specialized care
Daily Living Assistance – meal preparation, feeding, and household tasks.
Community Engagement – supporting clients to access social and community activities.
Ideal Candidate
Traumatic Brain Injury experience preferred
Love of outdoors and being active
Compassion, patience, and strong communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A commitment to upholding the rights and dignity of individuals with disabilities.
A commitment to protected work practices and manual handling.
