We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis in Penrith. This role involves assisting in the preparation of authentic Indian food, including dosa batter, chutneys, etc

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in food preparation, cooking, and packing
Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment
Support the head cook with daily kitchen tasks
Follow food safety and handling procedures

Requirements:
Basic knowledge of Indian cooking is preferred
Ability to work in a quick-paced kitchen setting
Punctual, reliable, and able to follow instructions
Friendly and respectful attitude
Must be eligible to work in Australia
