The Role:

As Tavern Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of village life leading from the front and ensuring a protected, welcoming, and high-quality service experience.

The Position
Lead daily tavern operations and supervise your team on shift
Prepare and serve beverages in line with RSA requirements
Manage stock, ordering, and minimise wastage
Handle cash and POS systems in line with company procedures
Deliver exceptional customer service to a diverse workforce
Maintain presentation, cleanliness, and hygiene standards
Support rostering and team coordination
Foster a positive, team-focused culture within the bar





The Person

You’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced workplace and brings both leadership and energy to your team.
Proven experience in a bar or hospitality supervisory role
Strong leadership and team coordination skills
Valid RSA certification
Experience with cash handling and POS systems
Excellent communication and customer engagement skills
Flexible, reliable, and resilient approach to FIFO life
Strong commitment to safety and workplace standards
