SUVA SHAKTI PTY LTD T/as Seahorse Brasserie is hospitality business based in Australia running additional venue inside Narooma Golf Club located at 1 Ballingalla Street Narooma NSW 2546 Australia . We are looking for passionate and experienced Demi Chef to join our growing team.

Duties and Responsibilities

-As a Demi Chef, you will assist the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef or Head Chef in running a section of the kitchen. You’ll play an important role in ensuring food quality, preparation, and presentation meet our established standards.

-Support with day-to-day kitchen Operations.

-Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes as per our menu

-Contribute to menu development and share creative ideas

-Support the Head and Sous Chefs in daily kitchen operations and food service.





-Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to meet service requirements

-Coordinate workflow in a high-volume production environment to meet tight deadlines.

-Maintain a clean, protected, and organised kitchen at all times.

Skills and Qualifications
Minimum Certificate IV in Kitchen Management and Diploma of Hospitality Management
Relevant Working Experience minimum 1 - 2 Year .
Ability to work Full Time.
Adaptable to work on a rotating roster.
