About the role
We are seeking Casual Production Workers to join our Carmel manufacturing team on the night shift.
This role is ideal for individuals looking for flexible work who enjoy hands-on, physical tasks and thrive in a rapid-paced production workplace. You’ll be part of a down-to-earth, tight-knit team contributing to the production of high-quality food products aligned with our purpose and values.
You’ll be supported by experienced leaders and teammates and provided with training to help you succeed in the role.
Key responsibilities
Packing finished product
Completing quality checks and inspections




Accurate data entry and completion of production paperwork
Safely operating manufacturing equipment
Material handling and maintaining good housekeeping standards
Other general production duties as required

What we’re looking for
Previous experience in food manufacturing or production (desirable, not essential)
Willingness to work night shift on a regular basis
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to follow instructions and work safely
Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
Positive attitude and team-focused mindset
