About the role:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive System Administrator to support and enhance our IT infrastructure while contributing to key technology projects. Reporting to the IT Infrastructure Delivery Lead, this role plays a critical part in ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Infrastructure Management: Maintain, monitor, and support IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Project Delivery: Plan and collaborate on infrastructure projects including upgrades, migrations, and deployments.
Escalation Support: Act as a technical escalation point (level 3) for Helpdesk issues, ensuring timely resolution

About You:
Tertiary qualification in Information Technology (or related field), and 5+ years' experience in system administration.
Strong experience managing core infrastructure (VMware or Hyper-V), Windows Server and/or Linux environments
Experience with cloud hosting
Experience with modern corporate applications such as Microsoft Intune (or similar MDM) and Exchange Online
Solid knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP and enterprise network
A proactive and reliable team player with strong troubleshooting skills, a customer-focused approach,



and the ability to manage priorities and adapt to new technologies
