About Welshpool

The Mining Rebuilds workshop at Welshpool, WA, offers cost-effective rebuilds and repairs for Caterpillar equipment. We specialise in certified rebuilds, powertrain components, and custom solutions, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.

Location: Welshpool

Roster - 7Days, 7Off, 7Nights, 7Off, 12.5hrs Inclusive of a 30min unpaid meal break

What you'll do:
You will be part of a team to complete rebuilds and component change outs on Caterpillar heavy earthmoving equipment
You will work on a variety of equipment which includes D10 and D11 Dozers, 992 Wheel Loaders, 24M Graders and a wide range of models of Off Highway Trucks (777F – 793F)

Skills & Experience:
Heavy Vehicle or Plant Mechanic Trade Qualification
Caterpillar product knowledge, ideally component change out experience
Experience with Caterpillar Systems (ET, SIS, VIMS) desirable
Dedication to a secure working environment and quality work for our customers
Ability to work night shifts, additional hours and weekends/extra days as required to support the team
Ability to work within a team & autonomously
