We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operations of a busy restaurant. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with robust leadership skills who is passionate about customer service and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
Lead, train, and supervise front and back-of-house staff
Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns
Manage staff rosters and daily scheduling
Monitor inventory and place stock orders
Ensure compliance with food safety and workplace health regulations
Drive sales and maintain profitability targets
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
Requirements
Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent problem-solving and organisational abilities
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Knowledge of hospitality operations and food safety standards
Full Australian work rights
Preferred
Diploma or qualification in Hospitality Management
Experience managing high-volume restaurants
